Glorifying God by Making Disciples of Jesus Christ

Children’s Ministry

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

Matthew 19:14

At Edgewood Presbyterian Church we value children

  • We believe that God is the loving Creator of all children.
  • We believe that children and parents benefit from a strong Christian Education program and support system.
  • We want all children to grow in their faith in Jesus Christ.
  • We believe that it is our responsibility to supplement the resources and the means of the child’s family to foster this growth.

Ministering to Children

  • All children are welcome to the in-person worship service each Sunday morning. Nursery services are not provided at this time; however, Children’s Church has resumed for children ages 4 through 2nd grade.
  • Children’s Sunday School is being offered in person. Contact Sheryl Wright shewright3@aol.com for more information.
  • For detailed information about in person Sunday School and Children’s Church, see the following section.
